Quick Submission Checklist

Submission Process

Authors must submit manuscripts through the respective journal’s submission system. Each submission undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess scope, quality, and originality.

Manuscripts that meet the basic requirements are forwarded for peer review. Initial screening is typically completed within a few working days.

Ethics & Conflict of Interest

Dharvika Knowledge Publishers follows internationally recognized ethical standards based on COPE and ICMJE guidelines.

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest. Studies involving humans or animals must include ethical approval and informed consent where applicable.

Manuscript Preparation

Title Page

Include title, authors, affiliations, and corresponding author details.

Abstract

Structured summary covering background, methods, results, and conclusion (max 250 words).

Keywords

Provide 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing and discoverability.

Figures & Tables

Submit high-quality images (JPEG/PNG) with clear captions.

Supplementary Files

Additional data, figures, or appendices may be submitted separately.

Article Highlights

Optional short bullet points summarizing key contributions.

Authorship & Contributions

All listed authors must have significantly contributed to the research. Contributions may include conceptualization, data analysis, writing, and supervision.

The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial office and ensuring all co-authors approve the submission.

References

References must be accurate, complete, and consistently formatted.

Web sources should include full URLs and access details.

Licensing & Copyright

All published articles are distributed under an open access license, allowing free access and reuse with proper attribution.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for any third-party content included in their manuscripts.

Corrections & Retractions

Corrections may be issued for minor errors (Erratum or Corrigendum). Retractions are applied in cases of significant ethical violations or invalid findings.
